Perfect location, near delicious places to eat in Da Nang. The hosts are quite friendly. The room is quite small so it's a bit inconvenient. The plus point is that there are many electrical sockets with jacks suitable for many types.

Important information about this property

  • In compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations, the property only accepts transactions in Vietnamese Dong (VND)
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • Please inform S Stay Da Nang of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
  • A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

  • Check-in after 14:00 for Homestay, after 15:00 for Villa
  • Check out before 11:00 AM
  • Automatic check-in with electronic key

Rules

  • No smoking on premises.

  • Make sure to close windows, lock doors and turn off lights, air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving the house.
