Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform S Stay Da Nang of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Villa description

Welcome to Binh Villa Da Nang, a place that brings a sense of relaxation to your trip. In the morning, you can sunbathe in the large garden or take a walk along the nearby river. In the evening, gather with the whole family to enjoy a cozy BBQ party by the pool in this peaceful space. Enjoy the house naturally as if it were your own home. Binh Villa Da Nang also has a sauna for you to relax after a long trip. We invite you to explore Da Nang through the sincerity and hospitality of the people here.

2nd Floor: 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom and a cozy modern living room. The living room has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and BBQ area.

3rd floor: 2 master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the room + 1 secondary bedroom, with basic bathroom and free washing machine.

Inside each room we have a wardrobe and full amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, hair dryers... hope to bring you a convenient trip :))

★ SOME NOTES TO READ BEFORE CHOOSING BINH VILLA DA NANG

Please read this entire section before booking. Even though the house is new and located in the city center, there are still things that you may not be happy with. Our goal is to bring you the experience of living in a Vietnamese atmosphere and unique emotions; therefore, we want to make sure you are aware of the following:

1. LOCATION: The house is located on a quiet main road. Cars can access the house.

2. The house has 3 floors and can only be reached by stairs.

3. NO FLIES, MOSQUITOES in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Da Nang, sometimes you will see mosquitoes from the garden and surrounding green areas or cockroaches flying (they are especially attracted to light). They can enter the bedroom if you open the door/window. Don't forget to CLOSE the door/window carefully when you use the laundry room, go to the balcony or go outside to prevent mosquitoes from flying into the bedroom. MOSQUITO REPELLENT is provided in the cupboard but it won't hurt to bring your own. Mosquitoes are not really that bad but their presence increases after a heavy rain, especially during the rainy season and twilight hours. You should also clean up after eating the food you bring into the house. Make sure you don't bring them into your bedroom.

4. Have some basic spices in the kitchen. If you want more, please buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up yourself.

5. WATER PRESSURE: very strong resulting in uneven mixing of hot and cold water by the water pump, otherwise the water pressure will be too weak for bathing.

6. TV: There are NO TVs in all bedrooms.

7. SAFE. The house is located on a quiet street, with houses on the right and left, surrounded by a quiet and safe residential area.

Other things to note

1. Check in: We will wait for you at the building entrance to help you check in.

Late Check-Ins are Welcome: There is no restriction on check-in time. You can check in no matter how late. But we expect to be notified in advance of your check-in time.

Early Check-In: If rooms are available, we will be happy to check you in early. If rooms are not available, we will hold your luggage for you upon arrival and it will be in your room when you return to check in.

2. Please keep quiet after 10pm, please if you go out and come back after 10pm, you should not make noise to your neighbors, thank you

3. Parking is available at the house and is free

4. Do not use stimulants or allow additional people to stay with you during your stay without declaring it.

Perfect location, near delicious places to eat in Da Nang. The hosts are quite friendly. The room is quite small so it's a bit inconvenient. The plus point is that there are many electrical sockets with jacks suitable for many types.
