Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform S Stay Da Nang of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Rules

No smoking on premises.

Do not organize parties or events without the host's consent.
Please adhere to the 10:00pm noise curfew.
Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
Prohibited substances are not allowed on the premises or you will be asked to leave.

Hoan Homestay Da Nang is suitable for Families with children / Couples / Groups of 6 adults & 3 children

* Air conditioning in each room and common area, 4 air conditioners in total. Living room and kitchen area are air conditioned.

This is a one-story house that is very suitable for the elderly who cannot climb stairs.

There is a yard in front and behind the house for you to relax or have a BBQ party.

Indoor area has

- Living room: Sofa, Tea table, 55 inch TV

- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, we set up utensils for cooking and eating at your home. We arrange enough tables, chairs and cooking equipment for 6 people

- There are 3 bedrooms. One of them has a garden and a toilet inside the room. The other 2 bedrooms share a toilet.

- We have washing machines and paper machines to keep you comfortable on long trips and a sauna to help you relax after a long day of travel.

Inside each room we have a wardrobe and full amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, hair dryers... hope to bring you a convenient trip :))

There are many famous restaurants around. At the beginning of the alley, a few steps away from the houses, there is Mrs. Phien's vermicelli with grilled pork restaurant recommended by Michelin, Mrs. Nguyet's chicken rice, Thuan Thanh squid noodle soup... and countless beautiful and quality cafes nearby.

All keys will be handed to you upon check-in and the entire house and facilities will be yours for the duration of your stay. It is your own home and you do not have to share it with anyone.

During your stay, we want to bring you comfort. You can explore the whole house such as kitchen, living room, front yard BBQ... there is even a washing machine with free detergent and a clothes dryer to help you enjoy nature as your own home :))

★ SOME NOTES TO READ BEFORE CHOOSING Hoan Homestay Da Nang

Please read this entire section before booking. Even though the house is new and located in the city center, there are still things that you may not be happy with. Our goal is to bring you the experience of living in a Vietnamese atmosphere and unique emotions; therefore, we want to make sure you are aware of the following:

1. LOCATION: the house is located in the city center. Just behind the front house.

2. The house has 1 floor

3. NO FLIES, MOSQUITOES in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Da Nang, sometimes you will see mosquitoes from the garden and surrounding green areas or cockroaches flying (they are especially attracted to light). They can enter the bedroom if you open the door/window. Don't forget to CLOSE the door/window carefully when you use the laundry room, go to the balcony or go outside to prevent mosquitoes from flying into the bedroom. MOSQUITO REPELLENT is provided in the cupboard but it won't hurt to bring your own. Mosquitoes are not really that bad but their presence increases after a heavy rain, especially during the rainy season and twilight hours. You should also clean up after eating the food you bring into the house. Make sure you don't bring them into your bedroom.

4. Have some basic spices in the kitchen. If you want more, please buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up yourself.

5. TV: NO TV in any bedrooms. TV only in living room

Other things to note

1. Check in: We will wait for you at the building entrance to help you check in.

Late Check-Ins are Welcome: There is no restriction on check-in time. You can check in no matter how late. But we expect to be notified in advance of your check-in time.

Early Check-In: If rooms are available, we will be happy to check you in early. If rooms are not available, we will hold your luggage for you upon arrival and it will be in your room when you return to check in.

2. Please keep quiet after 10pm, please if you go out and come back after 10pm, you should not make noise to your neighbors, thank you

3. Car parking area is on the main road nearby, 20 meters from the house.

4. Do not use stimulants or allow additional people to stay with you during your stay without declaring it. If you add someone to stay overnight, you must tell us in advance so we can declare the stay.

5. Do not use laughing gas. Currently, Vietnamese law prohibits the use of laughing gas.

Perfect location, near delicious places to eat in Da Nang. The hosts are quite friendly. The room is quite small so it's a bit inconvenient. The plus point is that there are many electrical sockets with jacks suitable for many types.
